Thank you for shopping at Winnies n Woofs Pet Supplies! We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it has shipped.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (2–5 business days)

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £30.

  • All UK orders come with tracking—details will be emailed to you once dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Unfortunately we do not currently ship to any countries outside of the United Kingdom. 

📦 Shipping Carriers

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, and DPD to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

❗ Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us at winniesnwoofs@gmail.com and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.

  • Orders marked “delivered” by the courier but not received are not eligible for refunds unless proven otherwise.
